Hello I’m Hannah, a credentialed therapist with over a decade of professional experience, based in the UK. I support adults through a range of emotional and life challenges. Working with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or carrying the impact of trauma, as well as those struggling with self-esteem, confidence, depression, or motivation. My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, recognising how past experiences can shape how we feel, think, and relate to the world.
Alongside my professional work, I bring both personal and clinical understanding of ADHD and autism. I offer a space where neurodivergent experiences are understood, respected, and welcomed, whether you identify as neurodivergent or are exploring whether ADHD or autism forms part of your story.
My person-centred approach provides a warm, non-judgmental space to explore what may be happening beneath the surface, helping you reconnect with your inner resources and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
