I work at your pace and allow you to set the direction of the counselling sessions and will be guided by you as you work through your issues and heal. I will help you to become more aware of your feelings and emotions that may have been buried deep within causing you anxiety and or distress.
Within the sessions we will together explore what is happening in your life and mind, both consciously and unconsciously, and begin to move towards healing.

Harjinder is a non-Judgmental therapists with sincere empathy and a natural skill in drawing out of you every issue, concern or dilemma. He is also full of understanding and willing to delve deep into any topic necessary. He is most definitely an asset to Better Help! I initially had reservations which disappeared simultaneously as soon as our first session began.

Great human being who genuinely cares for you and listens to you in order to help you figure out your feelings and guide you through to understand how your mind thinks and why does your mind thinks that way. Has helped me understand myself better and be at peace. My therapy sessions don’t feel therapy sessions but feel like I am talking to a wise human being who seems to understand human behavior- I look forward to these sessions. Glad to have found Harjinder Virdee as my therapist

I’ve worked with Harjinder for well over a year now. He gets me and has supported me through a long period of family illness, bereavement, gaslighting at work and other issues that have caused me anxiety and depression. I’m grateful to him for the support he has offered me and value his insight and advice. It’s also great that we share a sense of humour. Five stars *****
