About me

Welcome! You have taken the first step to making changes in your life and I am excited for you!

My name is Harmony and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oklahoma. I earned my Masters in School Counseling from Northeastern State University and obtained my licensure for my LPC. Additionally, I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). I am a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and I have spent my career working with people of all ages who are dealing with some of the hardest issues in life such as: traumatic experiences, death of a loved ones, and self-esteem issues.

My counseling style is non-judgmental, empathetic and direct. My goal is to help you feel understood, validated and respected. You are the expert of your own life and I respect and admire that about you. I believe you have the ability to succeed but we sometimes need someone to ask good questions along the way. Together we can identify and work towards your goals. I like to make sure you have a plan and tools to make positive changes in your life as soon as you are ready. If you are ready to get to work, I am here for you!

Harmony is a breath of fresh air. I have been struggling with PTSD and MDD along with general anxiety, and connecting with her has made an huge impact on my quality of life. I feel heard and supported. We try a variety of different techniques and frequently check in with how I feel about my progress etc. I feel like I'm able to cope with life easier and know I have someone to reach out to when things are overwhelming.

I feel like I immediately clicked with Harmony. I think that's important with a counselor. She walked me through very practical advice and was extremely empowering as I was realizing issues I needed to work through. She gave me very practical tools to use. I very much appreciate her help and expertise.

Harmony is a very good therapist. I've made a lot of progress and learned a lot of techniques. She really helped me through difficult times and make a lot of healthy and productive changes. Very good listener. Her positivity helped me keep going when I was really struggling. 10/10 would therapy again.

Sessions with Harmony have been such a blessing. She's compassionate, wise, a wonderful listener and makes me feel like I'm talking with an old friend (who only wants the very, very best for me). I am grateful for the time we've spent in our sessions.
