I am a big talker and Hayley listens intently. She is always supportive even when I go off track. I can already feel a shift in my mindset after four months, something I never thought would happen so quickly when I started. She has a nice manner that is reassuring and non judgemental. I look forward to our sessions when I can leave my baggage with her. That is a sign of a good counsellor. ❤️

Hayley is a very understanding person, she lets me structure myself and raise my concerns and is a very good listener. She is great at providing resources and techniques to help me in my daily life and support me through harder times.

Hayley has been a godsend to me; she has listened patiently, been understanding .. but encouraging and has given me lots of food for thought.
She acknowledges the ‘negatives’ but does not allow our sessions to dwell on them, instead pointing out insights and where lessons can be learnt to move forward.
I have honestly felt so much better after each session and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
