Hazel has been caring, understanding and most helpful and insightful. She helped me understand myself and how my brain works and help me understand why I feel what I feel. Her worksheets have also been useful and giving me a better idea of what I should do to get better.

Really easy to talk to and very understanding. Very down to earth and gives very real responses.

Hazel has been great I’ve been able to talk frankly and honestly it’s such a relief to speak to someone who gets it. So I’m very pleased and hopeful

Hazel is supportive and encouraging but also challenges you. She is always quick to respond and sends me relevant worksheets to support my sessions. Sessions with her have helped me to recognise my worth and potential.

Hazel is so kind and supportive. She validates my concerns and feelings helping me to embrace them rather than dismiss them as being silly or ridiculous. Then she goes the extra mile to find and supply material to help me with them. She then blew me away by helping find the info I needed to complete practical tasks I need to get done.
She is simply lovely.
