Oh the healing power of therapy! I feel passionate that everyone has a unique life story, and that some of life's chapters deserve a closer look to bring about improved coping, healing, and positive change. My approach is eclectic and trauma informed. I draw upon reality theory and the study of behaviors and neurocognitive development. I use CBT, mindfulness, and other practices as appropriate. So far we have only had two sessions and I’m already feeling like I have had a lot of progress.

Heather is very helpful, knowledgeable, and super understanding. Despite coming to her with so many hard problems, she gave me ways to improve my life that worked very quickly, and hope that I can heal from these problems. I am glad that she is my counselor.

A wonderful person who listens to your problems and offers a different perspective on situations. She has helped me cope with my anxiety and stress and has managed to help me massively. Highly recommended Heather .

She's great.
I'm pretty sure she's extremely busy with other clients and her own life.

She is awesome, actually answers all your questions about things and does not make it feel like an interrogation line of questioning, it feels like your talking with a person and not being read like a book.
