I’ve only done a couple sessions with Heather so far but I already feel comfortable speaking with her. She helps keep me on topic but I never feel like I’m forced to talk about anything which is greatly appreciated.

Heather is extremely easy to talk to and really meets me where I'm at. She never pushes too hard but is adept at gently moving a conversation into a deeper and more introspective discussion. She has helped me so much with my struggles to communicate my needs and be kind to myself. Plus she has a great sense of humor!

I've never had therapy before and was not sure what to expect. I've always felt I was able to keep a good grip and do various techniques on my own to help improve whatever I was struggling with, but it's just not the same. Being able to share completely freely, and having an expert dig into your issues helps so much.

Heather has been great with advice, various small practices to help improve my situation. She's always felt like a good listener AND been able to dig deeper into the origin of issues, and giving he helpful tips & exercises to help overcome them.

The therapy sessions so far have taught me that even if I think I'm coping well & have a "plan of action", it's just not the same as writing/talking it out, and getting some expert help. It's so worth it, give it a try!

Heather is very knowledgeable and has great ideas to share with me.
She makes me feel that I can talk about anything and I won't be judged but also she will give advice on how to manage what I am dealing with.
I would highly recommend her!!
Thankyou !!

So far we have only had two sessions and I’m already feeling like I have had a lot of progress.

Heather is very helpful, knowledgeable, and super understanding. Despite coming to her with so many hard problems, she gave me ways to improve my life that worked very quickly, and hope that I can heal from these problems. I am glad that she is my counselor.
