I am licensed in North Carolina with 10 years of professional work experience in a variety of different settings. I am originally from Chicago and I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with my Master's in Social Work.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & depression. Additionally I have specialized training in substance use and addiction.
I have worked with adults in various stages of their lives and assisted with working through some of those tough transitions.
Some of my prior work experience includes working with college aged adults, working in a psychiatric hospital, as well as working in various levels of substance use treatment including running groups for IOP, and PHP levels of care.
I have worked extensively with law enforcement and first responders and come with an understanding of those professions.
