Heather Holloway, LCSW
About me
Hello and congratulations on taking your first step toward improved mental health and a more balanced life. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in North Carolina with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem/body image issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, addictions, and more. I have found that a combination of mindfulness practices, self-care, and cognitive behavioral therapy are effective in treating many of these issues and can assist with improving one's sense of balance and emotional regulation. I believe that you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
