I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota with over 10 years of professional work experience in social work. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, chronic health concerns, career difficulties, and depression. I believe in creating a therapy space that is safe, and non-judgmental while establishing trust. I understand taking the first step to begin therapy can be hard, frightening and/or uncomfortable.
