I am licensed in North Carolina with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, finding solutions to life issues and challenges & coping with grief and loss, just to name a few. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I use an eclectic approach including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-focused/trauma-informed, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and others.
