I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked in mental health for over 10 years. I graduated with my masters from Fordham University in 2015. I have worked in a partial hospitalization program, outpatient clinic, inpatient unit, residential setting, substance abuse clinic and currently have my own private practice. I utilize a cognitive behavior and mindfulness therapy approach. I work with clients on developing healthier thought patterns, behaviors, self-esteem, and relationships. I am certified in mindfulness therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and telehealth. I am passionate about helping people heal and accomplish their goals.
