About me

Hello, and welcome.
With more than 27 years of experience providing individual, group, and family therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings, I would be honored to support you in becoming your most confident, grounded, and self-actualized self.

My approach blends warmth, compassion, and direct, clear guidance to help you cultivate self-awareness, strengthen self-confidence, and develop a proactive mindset toward life’s challenges. I believe that true healing begins when we take full ownership of our growth, acknowledging both our pain and our power, and use that awareness to create meaningful change.

Together, we’ll work to uncover limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience, and strengthen the inner foundation that allows you to respond to life with clarity and purpose rather than fear or reactivity. My sessions are both reflective and action-oriented, helping you move from insight to empowered living.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Compassion & Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, within a compassionate, holistic framework.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, career change, relationship patterns, self-doubt, or life transitions, therapy offers a space to reconnect with your inner strength, reclaim your confidence, and move toward your highest potential.

Thanks to Heather I no longer feel alone when facing challenges. She has always, always been there for me when I have needed her. She feels like a friend, like someone that will always have your back.

She is approachable, smart, resourceful, and honestly the one that made me feel hopeful about therapy again. She replies to messages very quickly and start therapy sessions on time.

Couldn’t be happier to have her as my therapist!
