About me
Struggling on ones own to solve a problem can feel daunting and insurmountable. As your therapist, I will work alongside you to bring support, perspective and hope. I have a Christian background that I bring into my work with individuals. I have worked inside jails as well as my private practice office. No matter where you are in life, I believe recovery is possible.
I have over 25 years of experience working with folks and their mental health issues. These issues include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, stress related issues, adjustment disorders and grief and loss. I consider it a privilege to be allowed into a persons vulnerability as we work on their issue.
At some point on our lives, most of us need a non judgmental place to share their deepest emotional issues and be heard. Please allow me to provide this space for you.
