She is a really good listener. It has allowed me to process so many of my unruly thoughts and wild emotions. Her attention is genuine and heartfelt. Her advice is solid and that is the foundation of support.

Heather is, in a word, lovely.

She is kind, patient, respectful and considerate. She offers as much or as little guidance as you need in your sessions; allows you the space and comfort to express uncomfortable experiences and emotions, and the support/tools to manage and work through it. I’m grateful to have been matched with her.
