Heather is great. She listens to me, and it seems like she cares about me and wants to help me. She taught me a new way of thinking about what people say to me and thats been a huge help. She also sends me helpful worksheets and suggests group sessions that I might find interesting. I like her a lot and I trust her. I feel lucky that I have her as my therapist.
