I am licensed in Kentucky with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I try to accommodate clients by offering session lengths of 30 or 45 minutes depending on preference. I am also available 6 days per week with occasional hours on Sunday. Appointment times are available in the morning, some afternoon and evening. I accept video, chat or phone sessions in order to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable during this process. Please note that the first session is often an assessment in order to understand what brought you to therapy and where we should begin.
Messaging is encouraged throughout the week and I reply as quickly as possible, with the exception of work hours ending at 8 pm.
