I like working with Heather. She understands what I’m going through and is able to provide the support necessary. She’s compassionate and understanding but still firm and direct and I appreciate that more than anything. I finally found support I need to heal and make a lasting change.

Heather continues to be a rockstar to have in my corner. I work a stressful job because I work with family and it's difficult to be able to express my frustrations with work without it becoming a family issue. She freely allows me the space to vent while jumping in to help guide me through any issue and discover the true source of that stress. I've been with her for over a year and I am afraid to think about where I would be without her! It's odd to say that I think of my therapist as my friend (#ParasocialRelationships) but I find that opening up to her is just as easy as speaking with an old friend. Whether the topic that day is work, family, relationships, intimacy, or childhood things I thought I was over, Heather has been by my side as I work through all of it. If you're a burnt-out eldest daughter learning to set boundaries and prioritize yourself like I am, Heather is your girl!

Heather is very knowledgeable about eating disorders and helped me a lot. She was also very caring and provided a safe and healthy space for me to explore my traumas.
