About me

We all have times in life when our inner strength is challenged and in those moments having someone with you makes it easier. I use techniques that can easily be fit into a busy life. We will work together to create a counseling space where you can be yourself and feel cared about. I want you to get back into the flow of your life where the weight of your burden is lifted from your shoulders! It will feel like taking a deep breath of fresh, clean air. You will find new ways of being that can last and bring new energy into your life.

As a counselor, I have been working in the field since 2007. I was trained to use a Person-Centered, Humanistic approach to counseling. This type of counseling relies on an unconditional positive regard for the client. This means, that you can be yourself in your therapy sessions. I utilize traditional interventions as well as some alternative practices. Every intervention has clinical science to back up its effectiveness. I think it is important to explore skills and techniques in order to find the way that best works for you. My goal is for you to finish counseling with changes that last a lifetime.
