Heidi Kameron, LCSW
About me
As a licensed therapist in Texas, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients address stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
My experience includes working with families experiencing domestic violence, court appointed counseling, foster care, and with incarcerated adults. I have also worked with teens and in therapeutic recreation with adults and children with special needs.
I have a special interest in working with high school and college aged students as they navigate independence and begin their adult lives.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate and collaborative, focusing on communication skills, emotional regulation, and building resilience. I understand the nuanced challenges of guilt, shame, anxiety, and interpersonal dynamics. Whether you're struggling with family issues, codependency, or healing from past experiences, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your unique journey.
I am committed to creating an affirming environment where clients can develop stronger self-understanding, learn effective coping strategies, and move toward meaningful personal transformation. My goal is to empower you to build healthier relationships, enhance emotional well-being, and cultivate inner strength.

She’s always been really kind and patient with me. I haven’t spoken to her in a couple of months and we have mostly interacted through my journal entries but she’s always given me positive insight and feed back.
