Heidi is incredibly insightful, kind, honest and professional. I’ve been working with Heidi for over a year through some of that biggest life transitions I’ve undergone and I can’t speak highly enough.

Heidi is hands down the best therapist I have ever worked with (and I'm not new to therapy, so I don't say that lightly). She is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, she is incredibly open-minded and accepting, and she has the kind of personality that is comforting and easy to talk to. No matter what the topic is, she always knows just how to respond, always asks just the right questions. Her listening skills and attention to detail are above and beyond anyone else I know. I never have to repeat myself and she will even bring up little details of things I told her a long time ago and make a connection with the present in a way I would not have thought of myself. I love how personal her approach feels and how she offers alternative strategies that I can personalise and be creative with. I leave every session feeling very accomplished and like I have a LOT to think about during the next week. I can go on and on, but what it comes down to is this: Heidi is THE BEST. I always feel heard by her, seen for who I really am, and supported in anything I do. Thank you so much, Heidi!
