Helen is a gift. I'm truly grateful for her guidance and support. I only wish I knew her sooner in my life. She has a natural ability for listening and bringing clarity to others and I felt completely understood by her in just my first session. Most definitely give her a try.
Helen was exactly what I was looking for. She listens, cares, and is beautifully insightful.
Helen has been extremely supportive during these months of stay-at-home. She is encouraging and able to get me to identify my core concerns, not just the surface issues. She is a wonderful counselor!
Helen is an incredible listener and very respectful of boundaries. There are some topics I am not ready to dive into, and she is very careful to navigate around them. She is patient and kind, which makes it easy to open up to her. I feel like she sincerely cares about me and what I have to say. I've gone through many counselors in my life, and Helen is one of those rare gems who make me feel like there isn't something "wrong" with me. She encourages me to grow instead of focusing on the things I cannot control. I can't say enough nice things about her, and I'd recommend her to anybody in a heart beat.
Although I've only had one session with Helen I found it very helpful. She gave me a few communication tools to use with my son. Looking forward to another session with Helen.
Helen is so very wise. I’ve got problems that have overwhelmed me, but she helped me see the path through it. I needed a strong voice in my life, and she was there. She’s so amazing!

She is amazing! Give her a shot, she truly helped me
Helen is absolutely amazing, so honest, and real. Gives you a lot to think about and consider, helps in processing thoughts especially when you’re all over the place. I’m so grateful to have matched with her. 5 stars. I definitely recommend her.
I enjoy speaking with my counselor. Our conversations are not forced and feel comfortable.
Helen is absolutely fantastic. She has an upbeat and empathetic personality. She is passionate about her career and truly has a gift when it comes to counseling. I wasn't sure if I would benefit from counseling, and I'm honestly really happy I decided to just give it a try. It's so nice to be heard and accepted. I, personally, am so relieved to have found Helen and am excited to continue forward!
