Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Helen Lamming. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I am so grateful that I found Helen on here. She is the best therapist I have had, she is patient, understanding and non judgment. I feel safe to talk to her about things I wouldn't tell other people. She is thorough, after every session she sends me a summary/ themes of what we talked about in that session and that helps me so much to understand and process the feeling the session brought up. Helen really makes me feel like she's on my team and that I can overcome my issues. She is really good at what she does.

I was hesitant to start therapy with BetterHelp for a while, and I was lucky that the first therapist I was assigned to was Helen. She is a good listener, empathetic, and very professional. She made it easier to open up.

I’m so grateful to have Helen as my therapist. I couldn’t have wished for anyone else. I was very skeptical as it’s my first time taking on therapy. Helen is honestly the best.

Helen was intuitive, relevant and provided insightful feedback. I enjoyed her reflections immensely and would recommend her for professionals, for performance-based therapy. A great experience.

Helen is excellent. She is able to quickly get to the heart of a matter and has a great sense of when to ask questions, when to challenge and when to simply provide support. Her handouts outside of sessions are also super insightful and helpful. She has command of a broad range of tools and puts them to excellent use. I feel very lucky to have found her.
