About me

I am licensed in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & anger management.
I use parts psychology predominately. It maybe that a part of you wants to have therapy, yet their can be other parts who don't want to. You may have parts that are very critical of you and affecting your self esteem. Or an angry part that takes over that you later regret.
I help clients manage their parts rather than their parts managing them, helping clients become more SELF led. I look forward to meeting you and your parts and helping you get to know them and live a more harmonious life.

Helen is brilliant, she's down to earth and really brings a lovely light to the sessions while obviously unpacking and processing things. She's great!
