About me

I'm a therapist who believes in working with my clients to help them find perspective in times of struggle, without minimising what they are going through, without staying silent at the other end of the room and leaving you on your own to figure it out. I get that things are tough and I seek to work relationally. I can look back with you at past difficulties, things that went wrong, and I will work with you to find a way to integrate those issues so that they don't toxify and ruin the present. I also believe that choice and change are processes that can be learned and that we can manifest good things if we know how!

I work from a Psychosynthesis framework because I believe it offers something to most clients, not least myself, and over 10 years working with people I've found it enormously healing. I like to resource my clients and be truly present and there for them, whilst they deal with emotional pain and look at what might need to change.

It's important for this to be a gentle and nurturing process; therapy doesn't really work if you don't feel rapport or feel reticent about checking in freely. So if you would like to know more, I'm always happy to speak on the phone or answer an email.
