Dr. DeShong is the best therapist I have ever met with. She listens and is super easy to talk to. When your not sure how to talk about it she gives you questions to get you going. Absolutely feel like Dr DeShong has helped me thru some of my issues and is helping work thru more.

It’s only been 2 sessions but if I message her she responds to me at least once a day - and she listens well and tries to let me take things slow & easy. She supports the good thoughts & habits I have. She is honest with what I tell her as well
