Holly is the most understanding and helpful person I have been able to confide in. Her advice and guidance really helps me stay positive and make healthy changes to my own self without making me feel like there is something wrong with me. She has helped me make personal goals and gives me the means to achieve them.

I feel very safe speaking to Holly. In our video sessions I always feel she is giving me new tools on how to handle my problems. She puts thing's in a very clear and simple way and she is always very respectful of what I want. It's my first time doing therapy and I am very happy I finally did it!

Holly responds to my messages as soon as she can, she lets me know if she is going to take a longer time but will always reply. She is easy to talk to , I find myself able to open up to her very quickly not just because of the anonymity but she really listens to what I’ve said and just seems to get it! Holly has identified areas we can work on together and also given me some simple worksheets to help me work through some of the difficulties I’m having.
