About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, self-harm, PTSD, and co-occurring mental health disorders. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in individual, group, family, and couple therapy settings, including Telehealth-based programs.
My clinical background includes training and experience in trauma-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, family systems work, crisis intervention, the 12-step recovery model, and relapse prevention.
