I've been in therapy for a year. She has helped me work through numerous challenges - relationships, sadness, the loss of a close friend. Her active listening and advice have helped me navigate all these issues and more. I think she is an excellent therapist.

Holly is such a great listener and sound board. I always look forward to my sessions with her and feel a lot lighter after a session!

Cant say enough good things!

Holly seems very caring & compassionate and is very eager to give the tools to help myself

I’m grateful to have Holly in my corner. She genuinely cares about helping me be a better version of myself and she challenges my way of thinking when I get in my own way. She's my biggest advocate and puts up the bumpers so I stay in a (relatively) straight line towards my goals. Holly is also extremely empathetic which is so nice when the going gets tough but the glass is always half full with her - we’re solution oriented.

My whole life I've never been open to therapy, without holly I'd still be that way. She's everything me as a blue collard person seeks.

I wouldn’t be where I am today in my journey if it wasn’t for Holly. Saving grace.
