Being a woman and a mom I enjoy working with other women to help them gain confidence in themselves. We all need a little support and encouragement, especially during life’s most difficult moments and I enjoy helping people work through the stress and anxiety of everyday life.
I also have a lot of experience working with people struggling with workplace stress and anxiety. Having worked in both retail and an office setting myself, as well as, owning my own business I understand the struggles associated with workplace stress and how it can impact other areas of your life.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you make positive changes in your life by building your toolbox with positive and healthy coping skills for managing stress and anxiety symptoms. I am committed to providing you with a safe environment where you can feel supported, understood, and heard by helping you process your emotions without judgment and providing practical suggestions for everyday life problems that can help you move forward and live the life you’ve always wanted.

Absolutely the best therapist ever! I was so scared to do therapy because I tried in person and hated it. But once my depression, anger, and anxiety got bad I knew I had to do something, so I signed up for Better Help. The first therapist I got sucked, didn’t really read what I wrote or responded at all, so instead of just stopping therapy for the second time I decided to change therapists and I am so happy I did. I can write a whole novel and Hope will read every word, talk to me, ask me questions and the best thing ever is listen to me. We have never had a video or phone call but I can tell through messaging that she really listens to me. She really does give me hope for my future and my mental health and I truly am grateful for her every single day.
