I strive to create an open, safe, and nonjudgmental space for my clients as I help them work toward and accomplish their personal life and treatment goals. I believe we are all capable of becoming our own therapist by developing the tools we need to thrive and live our best lives. By catering each session to meet my client’s individual needs and working with them as a team, I support my clients through their personal growth and live a happier and more fulfilling life.

I have greatly appreciated these first few sessions with Hope. We already made quite a bit of progress on a couple goals & I feel confident we can continue to do so on the others.
