I strive to create an open, safe, and nonjudgmental space for my clients as I help them work toward and accomplish their personal life and treatment goals. I integrate different therapeutic approaches that align with my clients’ unique needs, goals, and preferences. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based approaches, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. By catering each session to meet my client’s individual needs and working with them as a team, I support my clients through their personal growth and live a happier and more fulfilling life.
It takes courage to seek help and take the steps toward positive, healthy change. When you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you on your journey.

I have greatly appreciated these first few sessions with Hope. We already made quite a bit of progress on a couple goals & I feel confident we can continue to do so on the others.
