I know that life can seem completely overwhelming at times, and the causes of your problems may seem clear. At other times, you might feel sad or upset for no clear reason. Either way, I can help you find your way back to a sense of happiness, well being, and empowerment. There is no reason for your to suffer alone without help. Psychotherapy in its many forms will help you overcome your problems, and aid you in working towards your dreams and goals. I combine a compassionate, caring, and thoughtful approach to care with skill-building exercises to help my clients become the best versions of themselves. I utilize a combination of humanstic/existential psychotherapy with meditation, mindfulness, cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy. I believe that healing requires working on all levels: mind, body, heart, and spirit. By working on your whole person, together we can get your life back on track. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, career issues, identity issues, OCD, grief, adjustment, among other issues.

Dr. Kurdieh is wonderful. He's understanding and supportive. He always makes sure he's interpreting what I've said correctly, which is essential for e-counseling. He's introduced me to some coping skills and techniques that I'm able to use in my every day life. Dr. Kurdieh has helped me to greatly improve my mental health and overall happiness.

Dr. Kurdieh takes the time to truly understand where I'm coming from in ways that are reassuring and enlightening. He always confirms that his interpretation of the situation and/or my feelings is correct and gives articulate but objective responses that always feel like I'm truly understood. His exercises have been incredibly helpful and I always feel great relief after our discussions. Thank you, Dr. Kurdieh
