I know that life can seem completely overwhelming at times, and the causes of your problems may seem clear. At other times, you might feel sad or upset for no clear reason. Either way, I can help you find your way back to a sense of happiness, well being, and empowerment. There is no reason for your to suffer alone without help. Psychotherapy in its many forms will help you overcome your problems, and aid you in working towards your dreams and goals. I combine a compassionate, caring, and thoughtful approach to care with skill-building exercises to help my clients become the best versions of themselves. I utilize a combination of humanstic/existential psychotherapy with meditation, mindfulness, cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy. I believe that healing requires working on all levels: mind, body, heart, and spirit. By working on your whole person, together we can get your life back on track. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, career issues, identity issues, OCD, grief, adjustment, among other issues.
- Stress, Anxiety

- Self esteem
I also have experience in Addictions, Relationship, Grief, Eating, Sleeping, Parenting, Anger, Career, Bipolar

Dr. Kurdieh is helpful when it comes to developing feelings of authenticity and supports self autonomy.
Great well rounded approach. Nicely blends the human touch with the right balance of clinical expertise.
He is willing to tell me when I’m being rash in a calm collected manner. His demeanor and poise are tops.
