About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Michigan with over 11 years of experience working with a diverse population. I have worked with clients with a multiple of different mental health challenges which includes low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting issues and other family conflict. I have also worked with clients with a history of trauma, bipolar and schizoaffective diagnoses.

My therapeutic style is eclectic and person-centered. My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic and mindfulness therapy to address my clients’ individual needs. I assist my clients in developing a personalized treatment plan to meet their specific needs.
