Indeed understands my mental health needs, my personal preferences in terms of my personal faith and how this interacts with my life and choices. She is a considerate listener and has lots of counselling wisdom which comes out not only in the way she listens, but in the way she reflects back what I've been asking. She also asks helpful questions which have helped me to understand myself more effectively and lead me to think deeper about the challenges I face both with my health and in life more generally. I'm grateful for Ingreids' assistance.

I feel very safe with Ingrid, I know exactly what to expect and find her very professional whilst still being compassionate. I never feel patronised or pitied, and I always feel I have her full attention but never in a way that's overwhelming. I really appreciate the kind but powerful presence she brings to sessions, I always know I'm in good hands ?

Ingried has been a great therapist since I have started my therapy journey so far, provides me the safe space to share and listens attentively to find the root issues of my concerns and provides me with the knowledge/tools to tackle my issues. I would definetly reccomend her to anyone that wants to take the first step in therapy and learning about themselves.
