I am a Psychotherapist licensed in New York State with many years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addictions, OCD and ADHD. I also have helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive with a touch of humor (when appropriate). I like to start by taking the time to get to know you as an individual and to try to understand how your past plays a role in the present and future. My approach combines psychodynamic and psychoanalysis as well as dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT). I will tailor our treatment plan based on your specific needs and your comfort level.
