I am licensed in Oregon with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with work related matters, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & coping with life changes including caregiving, aging, and disability. I am interested in compassion fatigue, and believe strongly in self-care as a strategy for successful living. I have an inclusive approach with those who are different than I am.
