Jace Allen, LPC
About me
Since 2017, my experience includes working in an international private practice, behavioral health hospital, and the juvenile justice system. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
My approach is based on three principles:
Feeling heard. That means providing a nonjudgemental space where your story is heard and understood. Where your feelings matter and your fears, doubts, and uncertainties are welcome to explore.
Taking control. That means identifying your strengths, what is in your control to change, and learning practical ways to manage thoughts and emotions. It means equipping yourself and making therapy work for you.
Experiencing freedom. That means identifying the unhealthy beliefs about yourself, others, and the world around you that may be holding you back from a healthier life.
I offer late-night, convenient virtual therapy. Please reach out if your ready to start or would like to know more!
