Jack has been an incredible person to talk to. He has experienced so much in his life that he is full of absolute, brilliant wisdom. He is kind, thoughtful, sensitive, supportive and really listens to you. He checks in between sessions to offer words of wisdom, kindness or insight. He has been helping me regain my confidence after leaving an incredibly abusive relationship, and past traumas I have experienced. I am grateful to have him as my therapist.
