Jaclene is super easy to talk to and she offers great advice! She had given me strategies to manage my stress that I have never heard of before, and she has always responded quickly when I message her. I really enjoy working with her, and have learned a lot of coping strategies. I wish I would have decided to reach out to BetterHelp sooner!
