I found my therapy sessions helpful with Jacqueline because she didn’t only say comforting things like most therapists I’ve been to have done which hasn’t been helpful. She also was honest as to pointing out where my way of thinking was maybe wrong which is what helped me a lot. Her honesty is what I needed to “wake up” and for the first time I felt like therapy was actually helpful.

Mrs. Caskey-James was a godsend to me! I couldn’t have asked for a better counselor for me situation ! She is an expertise in her field and that really comforted me. She was relatable, empathetic and considerate of my needs. She helped me reframe some my perfectionistic thinking that led me to worrying. It was comforting to have someone to talk to that is able to help with this.

Miss Jackie is amazing. She adapts to my way of speaking ,listens, talks and looks at me not only in a professional manner but also as another human being. I have no words to describe how she can pinpoint things just by talking to me and then tells me her analysis of the situation aswell. Long story short: 10/10
