About me

I am a skilled, compassionate, empathetic, and solution-focused licensed mental health counselor dedicated to providing exceptional care to adults who have experienced trauma, crisis, severe mental illness, and substance abuse. I have extensive experience working with a diverse population using individual counseling techniques that include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), psychoanalytical therapy, conflict-resolution therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

I have a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and I'm currently completing my Doctorate in Forensic Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in crisis/trauma, addictions, and co-occurring disorders.

I believe in catering my techniques to your unique needs. I utilize motivational interviewing skills, a psychoanalytical approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy to guide you through the therapeutic journey. Your goals are what are important to me and will be the foundation of our work together.
