About me

Most people experience anxiety or depression at some point in their lives and need to cope with pain and confusion. You may feel stuck and unmotivated or need to work through a traumatic experience from your past so you can move on with your life. You might also experience work related stress or be dealing with relationship difficulties. Self-development may also be the reason for seeking therapy.

I am credentialed in the UK with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I draw on a variety of approaches including Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am particularly interested in how our earlier experiences and relationships influence us in our present and how we can learn and grow from an increased understanding of ourselves. My style of therapy is integrative and will be tailored to you and your individual needs.

My therapist is amazing, and very well matched. I'd read positive reviews, but didn't realise how amazing it was until tried it. Thank you!

Jacqui is incredibly kind, comforting, and easy to get along with! She always understands the points I am trying to make and helps me correct behaviors without making me feel inferior! I've throughly enjoyed her guidance.
