About me
Welcome!
Providing a supportive and safe space is of the utmost importance to me as a psychotherapist. I foster a non-judgmental and compassionate environment to assist clients in focusing on issues like grief/loss, relationships, work stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I utilize methods including cognitive-behavioral strategies, psychodynamics, mindfulness practices and imagery, motivational interviewing and couple/family dynamics. My work is
informed by my own experiences with relationships and life's inevitable setbacks and losses. I work collaboratively with my clients, to help them function optimally. Together we will work towards restoring your sense of well-being.
I see counseling as a journey where I meet you wherever you are mentally, physically, and/or emotionally. Every half-step, leap, or sprint is celebrated and acknowledged as we work together towards your goals and desires.
I have a Masters degree in counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Currently, my office hours are flexible.
