About me

Hi, my name is Jackie. Welcome to my page.

I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for the help and support you need. Having been on your side of the counselling room, I empathize deeply with your feelings.

My personal experiences around ADHD, Autism ,childhood trauma, sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence, addictions, and loss have given me a profound understanding of their impacts. These experiences enable me to genuinely empathize with you and comprehend the difficulty in trusting someone.

As a Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor, my approach focuses on you rather than positioning myself as the expert. My aim is to help you find new awareness, understanding, and resolutions to your issues. Person-Centred Counselling emphasizes building a trusting, genuine, and non-judgmental relationship, creating a safe environment for you. Integrative Counselling considers you as an individual, incorporating elements from various approaches to help you explore and cope with your issues.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.

Warm regards,
Jackie

Jacqueline has been amazing with me so far. She has really enabled me to find a sense of peace with myself whilst helping give me the tools to move forward and find intrinsic motivation for tasks that I once struggled with, I would massively recommend her to anybody looking for some help!

I can’t recommend Jackie as a Therapist highly enough. From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, supportive, and genuinely attentive. Jackie listens with real presence—never rushed, always thoughtful—and ask the kinds of questions that gently guide you toward clarity and insight.

What sets her apart is the ability to truly understand what you’re expressing, even when you’re struggling to find the words. Jackie’s compassion is authentic, her guidance is grounding, and her professionalism is exceptional. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is not only skilled but deeply caring and intuitive, this is the one. Absolutely remarkable.

When I sought out a therapist on BetterHelp, I was quite specific about my particular needs and hopes for my therapist. Jacqui has been more than I could have ever dreamed of - she is absolutely just who I needed. She has helped me immeasurably over the past three months and I am in an infinitely better headspace than I was when I started with her. She is intuitive, clear, a consummate professional, and deeply supportive. She is calm and friendly, warm and engaging. I am so happy to have been paired with Jacqui and truly feel she has been THE integral thing that has helped me right my course.

It's still early in my journey but Jacqueline is very empathetic, and has a deep understanding of the complexities of the challenges I'm facing including neurodiversity. I'm very grateful that I have her support
