I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. My style is to work with you and/or your significant other, in a collaborative manner, to help you develop greater insight into your unique challenges and to help you to identify and enhance the strengths you already possess. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
