These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jacqueline Ross. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She is amazing!
Jacqueline is a lovely person and very nice to talk to. However as a counsellor at times I felt she was too harsh and judgmental. Which is not helpful for a person with low self esteem like me. I did learn a lot too which was great of course. It’s a shame she was not very responsive to messages, and often late for sessions. But she helped me with some fears and anxieties, which was good.
Jackie has been able to help me see where I need to make adjustments in the way I think in order to improve my wellbeing. She is a good listener and directs me to resources which can help me. I have found my sessions helpful.
Jackie’s fantastic. She is supportive, helpful, insightful and quickly creates a safe space. I feel very lucky and grateful to get to speak with Jackie have already benefited from her experience, knowledge and kindness. Jackie is the best. Thank you Jackie!
Jacqueline is such a wonderful therapist. She is very compassionate, validating, astute, and passionate about her clients' well-being. She is also very adaptable and very reflexive and is wonderful about receiving feedback. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.
I've been with Jackie for a while now and she's by far the best therapist I've ever had. I connected with her immediately and haven't looked back since. She herself is strong in character, which inspires me to be strong. She's supportive and knows when to push you towards better things!
Jacqueline is so comfortable to talk with and I feel she fully supports me and knows how to connect with me. Shes an extrodinary person and is absolutly fantastic at what she does. I feel stronger than I was before and I couldn't have done it without her!
Jacqueline has helped me understand myself in ways I never thought possible. I feel stronger and healthier because of the work she’s done with me. She has truly changed my life!
I have loved my time with Jacqueline. She is so supportive and brilliant. I feel like I have someone to talk to now and whatever I say does not surprise her. I feel comfortable and safe with her. Thanks Jacqueline
Jacqueline is a solid candidate for counselor of the year. She is very interested and concerned about my situation. She exhibits empathy and she has a genuine understanding of my psychological disposition . I am confident that who ever she is treating...they will disseminate about the same valuation that I have! Thank you.
Sincerely, R .K.
It is immediately evident that Jacqueline carries a wealth of experience and is able to effectively communicate in a way that is concise, productive and very respectful.
My favourite quality about her and her methods is that she is not afraid to drop the professional and delicate persona of a traditional therapist and use language and dialect that is impactful and meaningful.
Jackie is amazing! She’s very quick at reading people, and she takes me seriously and trusts my self-assessments. She hits the perfect balance of not judging or telling me what to do, but also telling me hard truths when I need to hear them. It’s clear that she has a diversity of experience, and she has helped me understand other people in my life who also struggle with mental illnesses that are different than mine. I really feel like I have grown individually and in my relationship while working with Jackie, and I’m so grateful! She’s also fun and relatable and someone I would want to hang out with outside therapy.
Jackie is fantastic! Has been a tremendous help and support through the pandemic and working through other issues.

There’s honestly know words to describe how great Jacqueline is.
Jacqueline is great. From our first session she really got me and she’s the tough but supportive love that I needed in my life.
Jacqueline is incredible! For the first time in the history of therapy, I've found a counselor who gets my issues and says exactly what I need to get better. I love her sessions and would recommend her to anyone who needs help!
Talking to Jaqueline has helped lift my spirits greatly. She has been v supportive and helpful during this challenging period . I look forward to our counselling sessions and always take a lot of good advice on board when I leave. I would highly recommend Jaqueline as a counsellor to others who are seeking help.
I have felt very comfortable talking with Jacqueline. I have not felt judged but found she offers a different perspective that a situation can be viewed from without confirming any correct way.
Very excellent care and a beautiful person.
Jacqueline is beyond amazing! An earth angel really ❤️❤️❤️
Jacqueline is incredibly supportive. She really has helped me identify areas I am struggling with, and provides a variety of tools to help me develop skills to cope with stress and boost my self-esteem. I am so glad that I was matched with Jacqueline.
Jacqueline is awesome! I feel supported and validated when I communicate with her!
Pleasant. Helpful. Good listener.
Jacqueline comes across as very friendly and has a compassionate and calm manor. In the short time I have had sessions with her I would definitely recommend her if you need someone to talk to.
I spent almost two months going to therapy and feeling like I was just going to talk to a friend. I knew something was wrong but I couldn’t explain what or identify the issues. I felt as if I was just doomed to be “different” from other ppl and have different struggles. The very first meeting I had with Jacqueline, she was immediately able to help me identify what I was dealing with and shed light on the dark cloud that has followed me everywhere my entire life. Very professional! Spot on with recommendation!
Jacqueline knows how to help me feel relaxed and supported. Her understanding and way she “holds space” for me is so helpful. I have been very satisfied with her as a counselor.
Jacqueline Ross has been tremendous help for me. I feel like I can be totally open with her. She helps me with any problem in my life no matter how small, offers validation and professional advice. In the few short weeks I have worked with her I feel like she is a friend I can tell anything to. It is very comforting
Very easy to speak to and comfortable to discuss issue with.
