She is amazing!

Jacqueline is a lovely person and very nice to talk to. However as a counsellor at times I felt she was too harsh and judgmental. Which is not helpful for a person with low self esteem like me. I did learn a lot too which was great of course. It’s a shame she was not very responsive to messages, and often late for sessions. But she helped me with some fears and anxieties, which was good.

Jackie has been able to help me see where I need to make adjustments in the way I think in order to improve my wellbeing. She is a good listener and directs me to resources which can help me. I have found my sessions helpful.

Jacqueline is such a wonderful therapist. She is very compassionate, validating, astute, and passionate about her clients' well-being. She is also very adaptable and very reflexive and is wonderful about receiving feedback. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so without hesitation.
