I was hesitant to begin therapy at first. I was matched with Dr. Clifton, after reading his overview, I wasn't certain we would get along. However, instead of judging a book by the cover, or in this case, their profile I gave him a chance. He immediately made me feel at ease, he has been phenomenal to work with. He's open, honest and professional. He encourages critical thinking skills and helping with changing negative thinking. I am beyond impressed and grateful that I was matched with him. I highly recommend him, solid 10/10, a full 5 stars if you will. I have found, I have less anxiety, panic moments thanks to the tools he gave me. My communication skills have improved significantly with my spouse as well.

I don't think I could recommend anyone as highly as I do him. He is a fantastic therapist and 100% genuine in his techniques and skills to assist with anything you may need help working through.
