About me

Hi there, I'm so glad you're here.
Let's face it: being a human doesn't come with an instruction manual (and even if it did, most of us probably would have lost it by now).

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Indiana, and I am genuinely excited to work with individuals who are ready to discover more about themselves and their relationships. Therapy isn't just about fixing what feels broken; it's about uncovering your strengths to bring positive, lasting changes to your life. Together, we can figure out new ways to manage whatever is on your plate today while building sturdy, healthy strategies for your future.

I have experience helping clients navigate a wide variety of challenges, including:

-Mood & Trauma: Navigating anxiety, depression, anger, and PTSD so you can find solid ground again.

-Relationship Roadblocks: Working through communication hurdles, trust issues, infidelity, pre-marital prep, and parent/child dynamics.

-Life’s Curveballs: Managing difficult life transitions and rebuilding your self-esteem.

I know that reaching out for help can feel incredibly daunting. Honestly, it takes a massive amount of courage just to sign up and read through counselor profiles! I encourage you to lean into that courage.

When you are ready to take that important next step toward a healthier, happier future, I will be right here ready to listen.

Jim is really easy to talk to and he always has a smile on his face. He's a great guy and I really feel heard during our sessions.

My two sessions with Jim have been more beneficial than the whole time I had with Derek. He's very good at taking my random scattered obsessive thoughts and generalizing them to make it clear in my own mind when I'm trying to say
