Dr. James Lehman, Psychologist
About me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California. I graduated from CSU Fresno with a BA in philosophy. I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Alliant International University in California. I am also an ex-veteran and have served in the US Navy for four years.
People will often feel overwhelmed by what is going on with their lives. You do not have to suffer silently in this experience alone. Let’s work together and understand where you are at and what you are going through, both to understand your psychological environment, remove the obstacles before you, and let the healing begin.
Our problems are not usually the problems at hand but how we deal with the difficulties at hand but how we deal with the difficulties. I Work with adults and adolescents using evidenced based treatment approaches to provide a safe non-judgmental therapeutic experience, so we can work together to help you better understand yourself, accept yourself as you are, and support your needs. I use different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic therapies to address a broad range of emotional cycles such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
