I cannot recommend Jamie enough! She is an incredible therapist. When I first started seeing Jamie, I had almost completely given up on trying to deal with things from my past. I was completely depleted. I had tried so many times. Nothing was helping. Jamie changed that. She makes me feel safe. She talks to me in a supportive, intelligent and lighted hearted manner. She makes me feel like i'm part of my progress, rather than making me feel like i'm the one holding myself back. Even though I still have a long way to go with dealing with my traumatic past, for the first time, I am not afraid to face it, because I know i'm not doing it alone.
