I have worked with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including stress and anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, and trauma or abuse. My goal is to create an open, safe, and supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
I believe that seeking support takes courage, especially when you are striving for a more fulfilling and balanced life. Taking those first steps toward change is not always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to support and empower you throughout your journey.
